Hi my name is Trevor Berns, I am from Chicago, Illinois. I love photography and often do it when i have free time. I take pictures of all different kinds of things. I specifically like photographing textures. You will see in my gallery lots of pictures of textures and a mixture of other pictures. I always have been interested in taking photos and thought that it was a good opportunity to learn how to take good photos and have a background in it.

I've really liked the fact that it has made me think out of the box and adventure different areas. I have developed a sense in what is a good thing to take pictures of and what is not. I have learned the skill of time management which helps in my everyday life. This class gives me the opportunity to express myself in my images and show what i love in nature. I recommend this class to others that have an interest in learning how to take photos.

I see myself continuing my hobby in taking pictures whenever i feel the need to capture an image. If thats taking pictures on vacations or just taking pictures of things that i like at events or in nature. This could help me in the criminal justice field as well which i plan on studying in college. Also could help me in the Air National Guard where im pursuing a career.
